We Can’t Wait To Meet You
EXPERIENCE THE PERSONAL ATTENTION YOU DESERVE
At your first visit to Caudill & McNeight Orthodontics, our primary goal is to make you feel comfortable in our office. We will get you acquainted with our wonderful doctors and team members, and we will give you as much information as possible on your upcoming orthodontic treatment. We don’t want you to leave with any unanswered questions; we promise to give you the personal attention you expect and deserve!

Begin your treatment with a
Customized
Consultation
At your initial, complimentary consultation, you will be greeted with a smile by our welcoming front desk receptionist and then introduced to our friendly treatment coordinator to begin your visit.
We will take photos of your teeth as well as a panoramic x-ray to understand the inside and outside of your smile. These visuals will be used to customize a treatment plan just for you.
Our treatment coordinator will discuss your complete medical history with you as well as your goals related to treatment.
Unlike most practices, our doctors (Dr. Caudill and Dr. McNeight) will be the ones to give you a thorough exam! They will examine your oral condition to get an idea of which treatment will prove the most efficient. If you choose Invisalign®, you can immediately receive a digital scan following your exam. With digital scans, you will get a virtual look at the process of your treatment and see the fabulous end results you can expect through our Invisalign Outcome Simulator!
With any braces treatment, many patients are able to get their braces the same day as their initial consultation!
Questions are Welcomed
and Answered!
Following your exam with Dr. Caudill or Dr. McNeight, a detailed explanation of the upcoming treatment plan and timeline is discussed. We will also discuss the cost of treatment and present our many payment options as well as any orthodontic insurance benefit you may have.
During your personalized consultation, we will thoroughly explain all aspects of your treatment. We will provide a complete clinical diagnosis regarding the nature of your problem; we present a summary of our findings from our examination, and we discuss a detailed plan that outlines your treatment length, goals to be achieved, and the estimated cost.
Finally, we will complete your consultation with a question and answer segment. This is when we encourage you to fire away with any questions you have! We are more than pleased to answer any you may have.
