What does my free first visit include?
Your first visit includes:
- Comprehensive orthodontic exam, including digital x-rays and diagnostic photos
- One-on-one consultation with one of our experienced orthodontists, Dr. Caudill, Dr. McNeight or Dr. Naglieri
- Treatment fee and insurance verification (if applicable) to create an affordable payment plan that suits your budget
Before you visit, we will send you digital paperwork to fill out at your convenience.
When you visit us, our goal is to introduce you to the team that will collaborate to give you a lifelong, healthy smile that is always selfie-ready!

We’re proud to offer Same Day Braces for patients who don’t want to wait any longer to start treatment. Isn’t that every patient?
If you tell us that you’re interested in Same Day Braces, we’ll reserve time to start your treatment on the same day as your free consultation. You can leave our office with braces on your teeth, or your Invisalign scans complete.

What to expect
Step 1: Meet your team →
First, you’ll be greeted with a smile from our friendly team. You can expect this at every visit!
Our new patient coordinator will give you a tour of the office and get to know you! Next, we’ll begin your orthodontic exam.
Step 2: Get digital x-rays & photos →
We’ll take digital x-rays with our low-radiation digital x-ray machine. Your orthodontist will use these diagnostic photos and x-rays to create your personalized treatment plan.
Step 3: Meet your orthodontist →
We’ll head over to our consultation room where you’ll meet your orthodontist! Dr. Caudill, Dr. McNeight or Dr. Naglieri will perform an in-person detailed exam of your teeth and bite.
Your orthodontist will discuss all findings with you, present you with our treatment options, and discuss what you can expect throughout your orthodontic journey.
We’ll answer all of your questions and tell you everything you need to know about your upcoming transformation with braces or Invisalign®.
Step 4: Pick an affordable payment plan →
While your orthodontist is creating your very own individualized treatment plan, our new patient coordinator will sit down with you and work out a financial plan to cover the cost of braces or Invisalign.
We’ll discuss your needs, calculate your insurance benefit, and develop a payment plan with low monthly payments.
Step 5: Prepare for a life-changing smile →
Get ready to smile! If you choose a Same Day Start, we can place your braces or begin the Invisalign process on your very first visit.
