How can you earn tokens? Keep your treatment plan on course by showing up to your appointments on time; avoid damage to your appliances and wear your rubber bands correctly!

It’s easy to earn tokens!

Earn 1 token for each of the following per visit:

• Arrive ON TIME for appointments
• Receive a positive oral hygiene grade
• Do not have any loose or broken wires, brackets or appliances
• Wear your Caudill & McNeight t-shirt to each appointment

How to earn extra tokens:

• 2 Tokens – Post a picture (or comment) of your smile on our Facebook or Instagram Page
• 5 Tokens – Bring in a photo or post on Facebook or Instagram of you on vacation in your Caudill & McNeight t-shirt
• 5 Tokens – Good check-up at Dentist; Print voucher on our website
• 10 Tokens – Get spotted in public by Caudill & McNeight Team wearing your Caudill & McNeight t-shirt
• 20 Tokens – Refer a new patient to our office

For every 30 tokens you collect – you get to pick one $10 gift card from the list below:
