We accept insurance payments from most insurance companies, which enables us to lower your monthly braces payments or Invisalign payments. Even if we are not listed as a provider on your plan, you are almost always able to receive your full insurance benefit at Caudill & McNeight Orthodontics.
Our team will verify your orthodontic insurance prior to your complimentary consultation so you are always fully aware of your benefits!
Orthodontic Insurance VS. Dental Insurance
Orthodontic insurance generally differs from regular dental insurance in that each insured individual usually has a lifetime maximum benefit for orthodontic services. This benefit is paid as a percentage of the orthodontic fee (diagnostic records, initial fee, monthly payments, etc.) until the benefit maximum has been reached. If desired, we can predetermine your benefits by submitting a pre-treatment claim with just a few pieces of information.
We’re proud to accept a wide range of orthodontic insurance for adults, teens and kids’ treatment! If you have insurance for braces, this will ensure lower orthodontist prices.
Looking for “affordable braces near me”?
Ultimately, you are responsible for your orthodontic fees. Please be aware our primary financial relationship is always with our patients or their families and not with their insurance companies. Even though the collection of insurance benefits normally takes place behind the scenes, final responsibility for collection of benefits rests with the insured party. Our professional services are rendered and charged directly to the patient or their family and they are responsible for payment of all fees incurred.
