I am a native from the Dominican Republic. Moving here to the states in 1986 to follow my husband in the military and to raise my family was an adventure to say the least. I started my career in the dental field in 1996 and found my way to Caudill Orthodontics in 2000 with Dr. Ray. After 17 years of full-time assisting, I decided to retire. Not long after, I realized I missed my patients and the amazing group of people I get to work with. I am now back where I belong at a part time status and loving it! I get to make a difference in my patients’ confidence and that means the world to me. My husband, Josẽ, and I have 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren. Traveling, nature activities and staying active is the key to living my best life.
I have been in the orthodontic field since 2004. I moved down from Michigan, so it’s obvious to say….GO BLUE! I love having fun with my patients as we create their beautiful smiles as well as the organized chaos that goes along with it! Truly, I found my second home at Caudill & McNeight Orthodontics. My kiddos, Jeriann and J’aime, are my EVERYTHING! Our favorite activities are camping, cooking, crafting, and heading out to anywhere that has water.
I have been with Caudill Orthodontics since 2003. Before I found my home here, I was in general dentistry for 10 years. I love watching my young patients transition into young adults with their new smiles. Learning about their school successes and family vacations is so much fun too! Spending time with my granddaughter is what I look forward to. Camping, boating and barbecuing with my friends and family is my favorite way to spend my weekends.
I have been changing smiles in the orthodontic field for over 20 years. Dr. Ryan and I have worked together since 2008 and I’m thankful to be part of the Caudill & McNeight Team. The one on one connection I develop with my patients is the BEST! My husband, Ryan, and I have been married since 2005. We are very busy raising our 2 active children, Kinley and Corbyn. Outside of business hours, I am most likely to be making memories with my family.
I joined Dr. Ryan and Dr. McNeight in 2017. I had multiple years of prior experience before coming to this practice. I really enjoy the culture here at Caudill & McNeight Orthodontics. We get to know our patients and are genuinely interested in their personal orthodontic journey. My husband, Don, and I have been married for 29 years. Our family is complete with four children. My new found love outside of work is exploring the underwater world through scuba diving! My new hobby is almost better than Disney!
I graduated from EFSC in 2019, so I am fresh out of school and ready to tackle the Orthodontics world. I am a very big family person. On my days off, I enjoy spending time with my family and relaxing by the pool. I also love sports! My favorite teams are the New York Yankees and the New York Giants. I have played softball my whole life and have been part of a team. I am excited to be apart of this amazing team!
I found my passion in the dental industry 25 years ago and I have 15 plus years in Orthodontics. My career has allowed me to raise my two sons and still be a professional. I have seen many advances in technology and orthodontic treatment plans over the years. Learning new techniques and technology keeps me on top of my game! My husband, Danny, and I love to travel, beach time, and boating. Our newest love is our grandson, Ryker.
Patient Flow & Sterilization Coordinator
I was born and raised in Brevard County, Florida. My past professional experience mostly involved children, but I have switched gears and chosen to join the Caudill & McNeight Orthodontics Team to expand my career interests. I absolutely love the outdoors and have a passion for close encounters with all types of wildlife. The alligator tops my list!
I have worked in the Suntree office since 2005, and love meeting our new patients and explaining the orthodontic process to them. It is exciting seeing the nervousness turn into excitement, once they feel at home and realize the potential orthodontics will provide in giving them a beautiful new smile. Dr. Ryan treated me a few years ago, so this has helped me to be able to explain the process a little better to our patients. It is a great feeling working for two orthodontists who you feel are the very best! I have great confidence in Dr. Ryan and Dr. McNeight’s ability, and feel that our customer service and communication is second to none. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and love little getaways at the beach, mountains, or just anywhere!
I worked in general dentistry 2 years prior to coming to Caudill & McNeight Orthodontics. Working with Dr. Ryan, Dr. McNeight, and our awesome team make it easy for me to come to work every day. My degree in Elementary Education is what drew me to orthodontics. Educating and interacting with our patients is my favorite part about my day; especially the children. I was born and raised in Illinois, so I love the Florida sunshine! I enjoy spending time in my pool relaxing, going to Disney, and snuggling with my pup, Charlie. My husband, Billy, and I are beachgoers any chance we get!
My orthodontic career started in high school as an after school Sterilization Tech which evolved into a Clinical Director. It’s hard to believe I’ve been at it for 20 years! Since moving to Florida from California in 2018, I have taken on the role as the Treatment Coordinator in our Merritt Island office. When I’m not helping new patients start their journey to a beautiful healthy smile, I can be found out on the lacrosse field with my son, Austin; watching my daughter, Shae, cheer; or out on the water fishing with my husband, Josh.
My orthodontic career began in 1991 as an Orthodontic Assistant and I joined Caudill Orthodontics in 1994. Over the years I have enjoyed watching our patients start as an observation patient and advance through their customized treatment plans. It is AMAZING to see the finished smiles when the braces or Invisalign come off! When I’m not working, my happy place is in the Caribbean Islands! However, I love to spend time in the mountains up north as well. My granddaughter definitely has my heart and I enjoy our one on one time any moment I can get it!
Patient Relations Coordinator
I have 10 years experience in the dental industry. I joined Caudill & McNeight Orthodontics in 2017. Interacting and building relationships with our patients is what I love most about my position. Spending time boating and camping with my family and friends is where you will find me in my free time!
Patient Relations Coordinator
I joined the Caudill & McNeight Team in 2018. My background prior to joining orthodontics was in the financial industry. Details are my game! Seeing the patients progress through their treatment is very rewarding to me. My daughter was treated here and the office atmosphere is what caught my interest to join the team. I’m an all around family girl. I’ve been married since 1994 and have 2 daughters. We enjoy family games and days at the beach. When it’s baseball season, you will see me cheering on my St. Louis Cardinals!
Patient Relations & Insurance Coordinator
I’m a California girl and moved to Florida in 2013. My professional work experience has always involved the medical field, so it felt natural to join Caudill & McNeight Orthodontics. I really enjoy helping our patients feel their absolute best! My husband and I have 2 girls active in high school cheerleading and softball. When I’m not at their games, I love to relax at the beach!
Internal Operations Manager
I have a passion for customer excellence and exceptional patient care; this is what brought me to Caudill & McNeight Orthodontics. Being a patient here myself, I could easily see our shared mission. I earned my BA at Rollins College in Business Administration and Organizational Behavior. My work experience is plentiful in healthcare, marketing, and patient relations. My favorite days at the office are when I see our patients get their braces/invisalign removed. The smile on their face says it ALL! Their new smile gives them a sense of power to go into the world feeling great! I am married and a boy mom of 2; and I love every minute of it! We love watching college football; GO BUCKEYES!!
