Recently, Dr. McNeight and Dr. Naglieri spoke at Brevard County schools as part of the GLOW program by Junior Achievement of the Space Coast! These events were filled with inspiration, encouragement, and real conversations, and we couldn’t be prouder of our orthodontists for helping light the way for the next generation of female leaders.

What Is the GLOW Program?
GLOW stands for Get It. Learn it. Own it. Want it.
It’s a program that helps young women learn more about careers in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math), business, and leadership. Female professionals from across the Space Coast volunteer their time to talk with students, answer questions, and share what they’ve learned along the way.
Junior Achievement’s goal is simple: to give students the tools, stories, and confidence they need to chase big dreams.
Inspiring the Next Generation: Dr. McNeight & Dr. Naglieri Share Their Stories
Through the JA Glow program, Dr. McNeight and Dr. Naglieri are helping students dream big and aim high — with real-world stories, heartfelt advice, and a look into life as orthodontists.
They spoke about:
- How they became orthodontists
- What it’s really like to work or own a practice
- The ups and downs of their career journeys
- Why lifelong learning and leadership matter
Most importantly, they reminded students — whether at Satellite High, Merritt Island High, Jackson Middle, or DeLaura Middle — that even if the path is hard, or not many women have walked it before. With the right mindset, support, and determination, anything is possible!
Why It Matters
For many of the students in the room, this was the first time they’d heard directly from a woman working in STEM or running her own business. That’s why programs like GLOW are so powerful — they help young women see what’s possible and remind them that their goals are within reach.
Dr. McNeight and Dr. Naglieri are honored to be a part of these events and hopes their stories help inspire students to feel more confident about their future.
