Aloha to our 321 community! Did you know that our very own Dr. McNeight is part of a prestigious organization called the Florida Dental Association (FDA) and chairs the program committee for LEAD, short for Leaders Emerging Among Dentistry?
In fact this year, we’re celebrating her third year chairing the FDA Leadership Development Committee committee which helps Dr. McNeight (and our whole orthodontic team) stay current with advancing technologies and techniques. So what is the FDA and this leadership committee do? And how does this position benefit our awesome patients?

So what does the FDA and LEAD program do?
The Florida Dental Association is a professional membership organization dedicated to life-long learning for dental specialists in Florida. They offer invaluable resources for member practitioners such as continuing education and programs like LEAD (Leaders Emerging Among Dentistry). By being an active member of the FDA and the chair of the Leadership Development Committee that puts on the LEAD event, Dr. McNeight not only keeps current with the latest orthodontic advancements but also helps foster interpersonal and leadership skills for herself and other members.

- Dr. Caudill is an active member of several dental organizations, including Invisalign’s exclusive “Align Faculty” (which labels him as an expert with Invisalign)! He’s also given and attended orthodontic lectures across the USA, Costa Rica, and Canada and been involved in several research trials for Invisalign.
- Dr. Naglieri is a Board-Certified Orthodontist…a status only 1 out of 4 orthodontists achieve! This certification can only be earned by demonstrating clinical excellence and exceptionary standard of care.
